Brownies



ingredients:

200 grams of sugar
150 grams of chocolate
120 grams of flour
2 eggs
120 grams of butter

150 grams of nuts
Lard required amount

procedure:

Chop the nuts, not too much, to feel the taste.

Melt in a water bath in a bowl the butter and chocolate. Once melted are removed from the water bath and allowed to cool, stirring occasionally to help cool quickly. After cooling a bit are incorporated sugar, beating eggs and flour enough to integrate everything, do not over beat. At the end, add the walnuts and mix finishes and integrate.

Grease a baking pan and pour the preparation smoothing with a spatula so that it is rather smooth. Through the oven at 200 ° for 10 to 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature and cook until the surface looks crisp.

The brownie should not be overcooked. Consistency is hard on the outside and inside soft and spongy.

Cut, still warm, into squares of 3 or 4 inches square and serve in a bowl.
